This Keto Chicken Avocado Salad is a tasty and filling lunch that you can make ahead of time. It's great for keeping you going during the workday while on a ketogenic diet because it's full of protein and healthy fats.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Diced chicken, avocado, celery, red onion, and cilantro should all be put in a large bowl
